Chronic Dieter
I haven’t like actully posted in forevs, but this one will be about my weight.
I’ve gained a massive amount of weight since last June, and now i’ve really decided to get it together. I’ve started drinking 2 shakes a day. By shakes I mean with kale, other fruits, protein powder, flax seed oil, coconut oil and coconut water. Then I have one high protein meal at the end of the day.
I started on Monday and have already lost 3.5 pounds. I’m so happy to finally see results from something and now I’m motivated and will continue this plan through the summer.
